Areas of Practice

Family Law

With most clients, there usually exist several, often over-lapping, family law matters requiring attention and resolution.  These issues include child custody and establishing child support, dividing marital and divisible assets and liabilities, determining support for a dependent spouse, and other matters of financial well-being and family care importance.

Recognizing the inevitability of change, a family law matter does not always end upon resolution.  After agreements are reached or orders are entered, decided matters may later require modification to reflect new realities or enforcement due to non-compliance.
